When our friends bought property in Costa Rica, we couldn’t really understand their reasoning. Then we visited and fell in love with South America’s perfect climate and beautiful scenery. The rugged mountains and the beautiful ocean offer something for everyone. We have contacted medellin real estate to see about apartment rentals in Colombia. There are over 30 universities in the area in which we are interested. I doubt that either of us will have a problem finding teaching jobs down there. Although at first I was hesitante, now I am getting more and more excited about moving to this socially sophisticated yet charming part of the world.
