A communication in writing is very effective when there are pictorial representations contained in it. Pictures firstly invite attention and it is far easier to grasp the idea from a picture rather than trying to understand the same content by reading a paragraph. While writing technical papers, make it a point to include pictorial representations underlying your system of study so that the readers find it easy to grasp the idea. Such a practice will always project the technical content with much clarity. Also try explaining the pictorial representations in a few lines via the picture legends so that the representations do not give scope for any misinterpretations.
