I think everyone has basically the same idea on how to lose your beer gut. My question is this: if what they say works so well, why are there so many guys (and some ladies) who clearly look bloated with beer? Could it be that the world has been feeding us myths? Could there be something that works better? I know one thing for sure- so far I have tried many things on the market, many different exercise programs, and many diets, and I can’t see many results. Is there a secret? According to newfitnessscience.com, there may well be. I’ve tried so many, why don’t you join me in one more?
