When I got hired at this job, I was hired nearly sight unseen. Since I am a machinist who specializes in a very unusual type of pins and screws that are used to repair broken bones, there are not a whole lot of people who know how to do exactly what I do. I called the company where I now work and faxed them my resume, then they basically hired me over the phone. I have worked here six months now, and my manager just told me he needed some Facts from me. I did not even realize they did not have my information on file yet!
