I am the Property Manager for several apartment buildings. We have live in maintenance people in most of our buildings. It is great to have them there because I know that someone is always keeping an eye on things at the properties. However, their apartments are small and they do not have the space to store all of their tools and supplies. I have been thinking that it would really cut back on their travel time between the buildings and our office if they could store their supplies there. I have been looking into sheds direct on the Internet. We need a few of them, so I am hoping to be able to buy them for less this way. I am going to start looking a bit more and will hopefully find something that will work for our properties.
