No one can dispute the fact that exercise is essential for losing weight. While many of us dread exercise and view it as a punishment, there are some easy and simple workouts for weight loss that anybody can do and enjoy. First thing is to do exercising that you enjoy. Some people love to take a brisk walk either with a friend or with their portable CD player or radio. It doesn;t have to be a five mile uphill hike, you can take a 16 minute brisk walk three or four times a week and you will lose weight. Another great option is dancing. Dancing burns fat like crazy and you can do it alone in your living room, just get a good DVD of a dance routine or some dance to music type of video and go to town. Using these methods you will see results and see them fast!
