My father is getting to the point in his life where I am worried that it is not a good idea for him to be living alone. I am not sure that I want him to move in with us. I love him but I do not think it would be good for any of us. So, I have been looking for an affordable assisted living residence for him. He has some money saved up for something like this. In addition, my husband and I would be more than happy to help him pay for it. I hope that I can find one that is close to us.
