Headaches aren’t fun for anyone. I’d had headaches before, but recently, I began experiencing headache symptoms that were truly frustrating. In addition to the usual pain from a headache, I felt tired, nauseous, and sensitive to light and sound. As a mother of small children, these symptoms were almost unbearable. I felt horrible when I’d have one of these headaches, and couldn’t function the way I normally can. After several of these headaches, I began evaluating my lifestyle. I attempted to get more sleep each night and eat a balanced diet rather than the snacking that I’d done before. I’m happy to say that my headache symptoms have significantly reduced, and I feel much better.
