I have to say that I am one of the luck ones out there right now dealing with all the financial issues that seem to be pulling everyone under at the moment. I did some extensive research into loan modification help and I learned that I would be able to save a couple hundred dollars a month by negotiating for a modification to my existing mortgage for a nominal fee to the company of course. But in the end it paid off and I am now on my may to being back in the black again. Using that extra saved money to pay off my credit. thanks for the help.
