There was a message on my desk when I got in to the office the other day. It said that our rep from the direct mailing house had called earlier because he had some questions about the fulfillmentmailing. I hadn’t been the person who originally worked with them, so I wasn’t sure what our plan was. I decided that I would take the message to one of the other employees, and see if they could make the call. After a couple of minutes, we had the mailing house on the line, and everything was getting straightened out. I was glad that it wasn’t a huge dilemma.
