My boss asked me to look for a general counsel recruiter. He said that he does not want to hire a general counsel by himself because he is not familiar with the process. I was also happy when he made that decision because I have not tried it before, and I am sure that it is not an easy thing to do. Thus, I wasted no time and searched for a recruitment firm. We got one in no time, and my boss likes our new general counsel. If not for the recruitment firm, then I am sure that my boss and I would have had a very hard time.
